Our primary objective is to ensure that you are completely happy with our services.

To achieve this we commence each assignment by meeting with you to thoroughly understand your requirements and scope our engagement. Although Gamut personnel work in a collegiate atmosphere, each client is assigned a relationship partner who accepts primary responsibility for meeting your needs and can be contacted if ever you have a problem.

A formal engagement letter will be provided before any work is performed. This describes our understanding of the scope of the project, our proposed approach, and the likely costs that you will incur.

All services are provided on a times and materials basis. Services will be charged at agreed rates on the basis of the relative degree of complexity or skill required. Because we are independent of solution vendors, if you appoint us to assist in procuring products or services from a third party, we will remit to you in full any commissions received in relation to such procurement.

Normally we issue invoices weekly, and require payment within 7 days of invoice date.
